My Billing Policy

You are ultimately responsible for the cost of your physiotherapy treatment. Payment for your treatment is due at the end of each session. I do not submit to or work directly with any medical aids or insurance.

Your invoice for your treatment session can still be submitted, in your own time, to your medical aid for reimbursement.

Unfortunately, not all medical aid plans cover physiotherapy, but I always suggest trying to submit your invoices in case your plan has benefits that you are not aware of.

I do not accept cash payments, but can accommodate EFT payment, Snapscan and other forms of cashless transactions.

Treatment Costs

Initial Assessment

(60 minutes, full evaluation and rehabilitation)

Please note that all prices listed above are based on the Discovery Health medical aid reimbursement rates, rounded down for your convenience.

Neurological Rehabilitation

(60 minutes, rehabilitation including reassessment)

Pain Management or Orthopaedic Treatment

(45 minutes, including reassessment)

We are a cash practice, which means that I do not submit your account to your medical aid. You will need to pay for your physiotherapy treatment at the end of your session.
