I’m Robert, a Cape Town based physiotherapist with a special interest in pain management and neurological rehabilitation.

About Me

My practice is an inclusive and safe place where everybody can access quality healthcare and personalized rehabilitation without discrimination, judgement or assumptions.

🧠 I studied at UCT, where I completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2020 and a Postgradate Diploma in Interdisciplinary Pain Management in 2023.

🏥 I have worked in various public and private environments, and have experience in Neurological Rehabilitation, Adolescent Sports Injuries and Chronic Pain Management.

⚙️ In 2026, I started exploring the wider healthcare field, outside of clinical practice. I am currently studying towards a Master of Engineering Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at Stellenbosch University.

Current Work & Projects

🏫 I offer home-based physiotherapy consultations in the Southern Suburbs for those who are in need of quality, individual and evidence-based care. My focus is on chronic pain management and lifestyle changes. I have a very "down to earth" holistic style of treatment.

🏃‍➡️ I work with the medical team at Rondebosch Boys' High School to provide acute care at various sports events (including rugby, hockey, basketball and athletics).

🪢I am passionate about youth leadership development and working to uplift communities in need. I spend most of my free time working with Scouts South Africa.

My practice operates on a "cash" system. You will need to pay for your treatment once the session is finished.I am not affiliated with any particular medical aids. I charge medical aid rates and will provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your medical aid should you wish to claim anything back.
